This year there will be a total of 20 French films and 2 short films by Eric Khoo. And what’s special about this year is that there will be shows held both at the Alliance Française as well as The Cathay.
Tickets priced at $9 for AF shows (well, add $1 sistic fee to that) and $10 for The Cathay ones. And opening film (La Tourneuse de Pages i.e. Turning Pages) will be held at The Cathay, and priced at $20.

Ooh, and I’ve booked ticket for at least one show already, Les Revenants (They Came Back), about a bunch of dead people who came back to life and tried to fit into the living world again. Nothing horror about this one, but just a rather surreal and unique film. I want to go for Les Amant Réguliers too, but it starts at 9.30pm and lasts 3 hours! I’ll be left stranded at The Cathay and be forced to take a cab home! -cries-
